A "Global Chain of Immigration Attorneys" (GCIA) has been formed by us with the following main objects :
To assist Indians intending to migrate.
To act as a liaison office for GCIA members.
The Global Chain of Immigration Attorneys (GCIA) is a chain of lawyers practicing immigration law in different countries of the world. This chain has been formed with an object to assist Indians intending to migrate to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries of the world. Its object also includes acting as a liaison office for its members. It periodically holds seminars to inform prospective migrants about the immigration laws and procedures of different countries. It publishes books, guides, and newsletters giving information on immigration laws of different countries. It also provides private and individual consultations on immigration laws of different countries. GCIA is associated with experienced immigration lawyers around the world who are expert in the immigration field in their country. Many of them have written authoritative books on immigration laws of their country. Few of them are also heads of immigration associations of their respective countries, some of them have worked in the immigration department of their country and are also advisors to the Government of their country on its Immigration Laws.
The Indian member of GCIA would assist a prospective Indian migrant by advising him as to which country would be suitable for him to migrate to and which category of immigrants is most suitable for that candidate. It would assist him by advising as to what necessary preparations should be made, what documents are required to be submitted, what forms are necessary to be filled in and how they should be filled in. It would assist him in preparing for an immigration interview. It would further advise on general aspects of immigration laws of different countries. If found necessary, it would obtain expert opinions of immigration lawyers of the country where he desires to migrate. It would on behalf of the prospective migrants engage the services of the member attorneys of GCIA in that country who are experts on immigration laws in their country.
However, GCIA and its member lawyers do not guarantee any success. Many people believe that immigration lawyers cannot fail and that they have special government connections that can speed up the process. This is not the case in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and other countries. If any immigration consultant claims that he/she can guarantee success in a visa application, the prospective migrants should be cautious of him/her.
